HRCC is the Hacker Rank Campus Crew - the first official HackerRank student chapter in India, established at SRMIST KTR. We're a pioneering community that bridges the gap between academic learning and industry-ready skills through coding challenges, competitions, and collaborative learning.

As India's inaugural HackerRank student chapter, we have exclusive access to HackerRank's premium resources, direct mentorship opportunities, and priority participation in national coding competitions. We set the standard for other chapters and have a direct line to HackerRank's global community.

HRCC operates through three specialized domains: Technical - focuses on competitive programming, algorithm development, and coding challenges; Corporate - handles partnerships, events management, and professional networking; Creatives - manages branding, content creation, social media, and visual design for all club activities.

We host monthly coding contests, hackathons, technical workshops, corporate networking sessions, design thinking workshops, and exclusive HackerRank certification drives. We also organize inter-college competitions and collaborate with tech companies for recruitment drives.

The process includes an application form, domain-specific assessments (coding challenges for Technical, case studies for Corporate, portfolio review for Creatives), followed by personal interviews.
